Customer Service Tools

Customer Service Tools is developed to help e-book retailers to solve their support cases. In the menu to the left you can choose between various searches and tools:

Users: Details about customer accounts.
Orders: Details about a single order.
Books: Details about availability, format, versions, DRM etc.
Bookshelf: Details about the content in a customers account in Bokskya.
Activate order: If something went wrong in your bookstore you can activate the order directly as a quick fix.
DRM-licenses: Reset the Adobe DRM for a single book or all books in bookshelf on behalf of a customer.

Please send email to support@bokbasen.no if you need help. For example:

• If a customer need to change email.
• If a customer needs more authorizations to log on the reading app.
• If a customer want to move all books from one account to another.
• If a book is not complete, has wrong content etc.
• Download problems etc.
